When your staffing request is received, the CORE leadership team and our in-house recruiter will be in contact with you to learn more about your needs and your organization. The following information will be requested, if not already provided:
Our recruiter then begins the search process to locate the right candidate for your needs. We maintain a national network of safety professionals and begin our search with those candidates before actively pursuing new hires.
Once a candidate pool is compiled, the CORE leadership team will review the candidates and hand select recommended professionals for your organization. You will then receive a list of proposed candidates along with their resume, background, negotiated rate, per diem, mobilization/demobilization rates, safety assessment scoring, and any other relevant information.
If additional interviews and assessments are needed, the CORE team will coordinate those activities on your behalf.
Once you determine if any of the candidate(s) is the right fit, our team will take on the onboarding process and communicate with your team on next steps.
