CORE Safety Group provided safety inspection and auditing services for The Motley in Nashville, TN, giving project leadership an objective view of site conditions, OSHA compliance, and opportunities to strengthen safety performance throughout construction. Developed by IPB Properties and built by Axiom Builders, the 26-story tower rises on a former industrial dairy plant site between Midtown and Downtown, featuring precast concrete facade panels inspired by the site’s original silos, a central landscaped plaza, and a four-story below-grade parking structure.
