The 14-story, 800,000-square-foot office near the Perot Museum will house more than 5,000 employees and features all-electric infrastructure, underground parking, and a 1.5-acre park, with LEED Platinum certification as a goal.
As one of the largest office developments in Dallas, the campus required consistent, experienced safety oversight across a busy urban jobsite. CORE’s safety professionals supported the project team with daily site walks, hazard identification, and OSHA compliance monitoring, helping keep crews safe as construction progressed.
